Tony Brasier - Chairman
Managing Director at PRDnationwide

Tony Brasier is Managing Director of PRDnationwide, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Colliers International. He has been involved in the real estate industry for 35 years and associated with Colliers International for 27 years. Tony was Colliers' Chief Executive Officer until 2006 and Chairman until 2009. He is a Past President of REIA and a former Director of REINSW. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
 
 


Brett Hunter 
General Manager at Raine & Horne Terrigal - Avoca Beach

Brett is a third-generation real estate agent. With his brother Garth, Brett leads a team of more than 30 professionals in three coastal offices. His team offers residential and commercial sales, as well as permanent and holiday property management. Brett has been a member of the REINSW Board of Directors since 2007 and is currently the REINSW Deputy President.
 
 


Steve Martin
Managing Director at Stanley & Martin

Highly respected in the real estate industry, Steve specialises in the complex area of commercial sales and project management. He also directs his own property investment and development company. Steve is a Past President of REINSW and a winner of the prestigious Woodrow Weight Award for lifetime contribution to the real estate industry. He is also an ambassador for the Vinnies CEO Sleepout.
   
 


Tim McKibbin
CEO of The Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW)

Tim is a solicitor and accountant: he specialised in property and taxation matters when he was in private practice. Tim regularly speaks to the media on property market issues and trends. Tim currently sits on the NCAT Consultative Forum, the Real Estate Reference Group established by NSW Minister Dominello, and is a member of the Property Law Committee of the Law Society of New South Wales.





Lee Nicholls

Lee has extensive experience in senior management roles in both the public and private sectors. She was previously General Manager of Lawcover. Lee was appointed General Manager of the specialist unit established by QBE to manage professional indemnity and liability claims against HIH policyholders who had been granted assistance under the HIH rescue package. She then joined Unimutual before returning to QBE as Head of Claims, working with liquidators to finalise claims by HIH insurance creditors.
